As Sam is the band's frontman it is of vital importance that we dress him to make a first impression of the band. I wanted him wearing something similar to in this picture as I felt that it suits the genre and makes a good first impression on the band. We wanted him wearing jeans as we felt we didnt want the band members to look too formal as the audience could lose identification with the band as we wanted the band dressed how they would be. We also wanted him wearing a shirt as it looked smart/casual which is another impression we wanted to get across to the audience. Sams hair would be styled as in the picture as again, it fits the genre and the 'look' we are trying to portray. Styling is extremely important as it gives the band their image and their house style.
