As our storyboard has changed we needed to carry out a new risk assessment:

Severity- medium
Likelihood- medium
Persons at risk- all actors + crew
Precautions- tape down wires, make sure all equipment is stable, make sure band members don't jump unnecessarily.

Answer- yes
Severity- medium
Likelihood- low
Persons at risk- all actors
Precautions- make sure they don't mess around/move too much, use a low wall, make quick shot

4. Hazard- bus stop/ garage doors/ driveway with Mini's/ road lights

Severity- high
Likelihood- low
Persons at risk- all actors + crew
Precautions- basic road safety will ensure no harm is caused

Precautions- no precautions really need to be taken as there is a very low likelihood that anyone will get sun burnt in this weather! However if on the off chance it is hot, suncream should be worn.
